Medhir Region

• The Biswat Aref are currently searching for the stronghold of the Circle of Balénom, a minor sorcerous society that has been rumored to exist in the region for quite some time, but was written off as a local legend
• A recent crime spree happened in Medhir using wonders and artifacts far beyond the ken of the criminals wielding them
• There are white people in large boats at the port of Medhir with many various types of peoples in manacles offering 'honest work to the south'
• The valley of Kibaba is potentially the site of a dwarven fortress of some type
• There is a man in black robes with no legs wandering the desert on the road to Hashirat able to survive a direct hit from a stone hurled by a cyclops
• A partially explored cave with skeletons and serpent motifs lies just off the main road between Kibaba and Medhir
• Brother Jifari is currently delaying his active duty to hunt down the False Jifari that impersonated him in Kibaba
• The 'Red Rot' is affecting more than just the bedua people, as Zawar has had academic contacts killed by it
• Brother Jifari is currently in possession of both the manleather scroll taken from the serpent cave as well as the glass pendant containing a human eye liberated from Ku-Yadi (though it is suspended in a jar of sand at the moment)
• The group's original job was determined to actually be an elaborate insurance fraud scam, but the group killed everyone involved that they came in contact with, including the fence in Kibaba, miles away from where the transfer was supposed to take place
• A co-leader of the cult as well as the contact for the insurance scam, Hazi al'Dukam, is well-connected in Medhir through his more successful brothers
• The Windsmoot tribe has recently absorbed the Gawazda tribe after Pus Scale/Red Rot ravaged the Gawazda.  The current shiekh is attempting to rebuild, but has a zero-tolerance policy for symptoms of Pus Scale

Hashirat Region

• The lair of the dancing snake north of town appears to be man-made
• There have been a string of kidnappings in Riverdown.  Bodies are sometimes found, but are often mutilated by the street miksheghul or decomposed far more than they should be for their age
• The fortress to the northwest is a site of cultural pilgrimage for the local Galorans as it was defended during their last stand against the genocide perpetrated by Ishurite martyr Assad al'Kiraj
• The election for the next artificer guild chairman is likely rigged
• Tahira al'Iraf has been supplying al'Qaddaj with his red rot, but has never asked for weaponization.  Simply to be studied inside and out on the residents of the poor district
• The Unshackled are a group with the mission to overthrow the current caste system or at least disrupt the power structure enough to stop the oppression of the lower classes
